White Antelope Barn All Inclusive Services

Our pricing is simple and thorough.

Included in your rental are ALL of the following:

The Barn, the Loft, the Patio, Bridal Lounge and Gentlemen’s Lounge

You are invited to use any public space we have. Even if your ceremony is on The Patio, you are welcome to take advantage of the loft to let your creative spirits flow. You are also able to use our refrigerator and freezer if you have prepared foods you need to keep cool.

Full Sized Professional Golf Simulator

Our sim is loaded with 120 of the most iconic golf courses in the world. You are invited to tee off at St Andrews, or if you want to goof around, load up the carnival games and practice your skills. Limited equipment will be available for use or bring your own clubs.

Trolley Transportation

We will provide you with one classic trolley car to bring 28 guests to the venue and take them back to Cheyenne. This is a $700 value. We want to make it easy for guests who don’t want to drive to attend your celebration. Up to three additional trolley cars may be available for rent on your wedding date if you would like to provide transportation for more guests.

Manager, Bartender and Staff

We do not charge for bar service and strive to have more than enough people to serve you and make sure everything goes smoothly. You are welcome to bring your coordinator to manage your details.

Soda, Coffee, Iced Tea, Water and Pretzels

We don’t want anyone to feel pressured to drink alcohol so soft drinks are included. Pretzels are on offer in case photos take longer than expected or the food is delayed. We want people to be comfortable.

Wedding Arch

We will have at least three arches in rotation at any time. You are welcome to use any one and decorate it to suit your style. We are just trying to take a detail off your list. No buying, building, storing, reselling… Easy. Please remove your decorations before leaving the Barn.

Bridal “Reveal”

If you are wanting that moment when the doors open or the curtain is pulled back and you appear, we are happy to provide that moment for you.

Dramatic Drapery

One of the biggest trends for 2026 is dramatic drapery. There are several opportunities for White Antelope Barn to provide a beautiful backdrop for your selfies and group photos, soften the lines of the Barn, or decorate your arch.

Champagne Glassware

If you choose to have a champagne toast, you needn’t worry about renting champagne flutes, breaking them, washing them or returning them to the rental company.

Patio Games

You are free to have corn hole, patio pong or giant jenga out for guests to play. We will help you clear the Patio of ceremony chairs to make room for some fun!

Patio Heaters

Any time of year it can get chilly when the sun goes down. If you would be more comfortable with the heaters on we are happy to accomodate.

Set Up

We have rustic farmhouse tables that seat 8, or 10 if you want people on the ends. We will set up our tables and refined gold chairs for you, and also arrange the chairs for the ceremony in the Loft or on the Patio. You are invited to decorate the tables and chairs according to your style. We ask that you take all your decorations with you or put them in the trash at the end of your rental time.

Amplification System

It’s no fun to go to a wedding and wonder what the vows were. We have a portable amp system and wireless microphones so everyone can hear the heartfelt promises.

Sparkler Departure

When it comes time to go, we want to help you make a clean break so you can enjoy your wedding night. With that purpose in mind we will provide low-temp (not a fire hazard) sparklers and usher your guests outside 15 minutes before closing. Photographers have lots of great ideas for how to get memorable and creative pictures with sparklers!

Trash Removal

We ask that you take all of your belongings with you, including decorations. If you bring something to the venue that you don’t want to keep, please dispose of it in trash receptacles. Your help in throwing away disposable serving ware is very appreciated, but we will take care of taking to receptacles to the dumpster and emptying them. You shouldn’t have to deal with that at the end of your big day!

ALL THE ABOVE IS AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR ONE FLAT RENTAL FEE.

What’s not included?

Simply… alcohol. We give you ultimate control over your bar budget.

  • Host a cash bar. You pay only for what you personally drink.

  • Purchase a champagne toast. Provide that iconic moment for everyone and leave the rest of the purchases up to your guests.

  • Purchase drink tickets, however many you want to give each adult. This is the most common approach.

  • Host a full bar and cover all alcohol at the end of the night.

    Remember, all non-alcoholic beverages are included in your rental.

Horse Drawn Carriage Ride

Hire Bonnie and Clyde to add an extraordinary element to your special day. When you are ready to walk down the aisle, drive from the White Antelope Barn next door to the Tack Room. Wait comfortably in a refined rustic room with a window into the barn. Have that moment, gather your thoughts, breathe, then climb aboard the romantic white carriage. After the “I do’s” be escorted away as husband and wife, back to the Tack Room for a private champagne toast, then drive back to your reception and the celebration of your love. This is the only service not included in the rental fee.
