Our pricing is simple, transparent, honest and thorough. Included in your rental are ALL of the following:

The Hall, the Loft, the Patio, Bridal Lounge and Gentlemen’s Lounge

You are invited to use any public space we have. You are also able to use our refrigerator and freezer if you have prepared foods or flowers you need to keep cool.

Full Sized Professional Golf Simulator

Our sim is loaded with 120 of the most iconic golf courses in the world. You are invited to tee off at St Andrews, or if you want to goof around, load up the carnival games and practice your skills. Limited equipment will be available for use, or bring your own clubs.

Trolley Transportation

We will provide you with one classic trolley car to bring 26 guests to the venue and take them back to Cheyenne. Up to three additional trolley cars may be available for rent on your wedding date if you would like to provide transportation for more guests.

Manager, Bartender and Staff

We do not charge for bar service and strive to have more than enough people to serve you and make sure everything goes smoothly. You are welcome to bring your coordinator to manage your details.

Soda, Coffee, Iced Tea, Water and Pretzels

We don’t want anyone to feel pressured to drink alcohol so soft drinks are included.

Bridal reveal

Wait until you see our 8 foot tall white and gold doors! They are gorgeous and grand enough to introduce you to the ceremony.

Wedding Arch

You are welcome to use any one of our arches and decorate to suit your style.

Champagne Glassware

If you choose to have a champagne toast, you needn’t worry about renting champagne flutes, breaking them, washing them or returning them to the rental company.

Patio Games

You are free to have corn hole, patio pong or giant jenga out for guests to play. We will clear the Patio of ceremony chairs to make room for some fun!

Patio Heaters

Any time of year it can get chilly when the sun goes down. If you would be more comfortable with the heaters on we are happy to accomodate.

Wi-Fi

Internet connection throughout the building and patio.

Rehearsal Time

You are welcome to bring the bridal party to our property on the Monday - Thursday of the week of your wedding date for a walk through of your ceremony. We will schedule your rehearsal 60 days from your ceremony when your balance is due. We ask that you limit those attending to 24 people. Rehearsal dinner would need to be off site, and we have some great suggestions!

Garment Steamers

No wrinkles allowed! Both Getting Ready rooms will have their own steamer.

Complementary Decor

We are happy to provide decor signage for you to use. Included are table numbers, directions, etc., in either gold or wood.

Up to 12 hours on site

You are invited on property at 10 AM. We encourage you to close your day with us at 9 PM.

Set Up

We have rustic farmhouse tables that seat up to 10. We will set up our tables and chairs for you, and also arrange the chairs for the ceremony in the Loft or on the Patio. You are invited to decorate the tables and chairs according to your style. We ask that you take all your decorations with you or put them in the trash at the end of your evening.

Amplification System

It’s no fun to go to a wedding and wonder what the vows were. We have a portable amp system and wireless microphones so everyone can hear the heartfelt promises, and, of course, those infamous reception speeches!

Sparkler Departure

When it comes time to go, we want to help you make a clean break so you can enjoy your wedding night. Photographers have lots of great ideas for how to get memorable and creative pictures with sparklers!

On Site Parking

Ample parking for your guests who don’t take the trolley.

Trash Removal

We will take care of the dirty work. You shouldn’t have to deal with that at the end of your big day!

ALL THE ABOVE IS AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR ONE FLAT RENTAL FEE.

The 2026 rate is $7600. The 2027 rate is $8,600

What’s not included?

Simply… alcohol. We give you ultimate control over your bar budget.

  • Host a cash bar where guests pay for what they order.

  • Celebrate with a champagne toast. Provide that iconic moment for everyone and leave the rest up to your guests.

  • Give drink tickets to adults you would like to treat.

  • Offer one or two signature cocktails or mocktails.

  • Choose from our all inclusive packages: Big Skies or Quiet Luxury

  • Host an open and cover all alcohol at the end of the night.

    Remember, non-alcoholic beverages are included in your rental.

Horse Drawn Carriage Ride

Hire Bonnie and Clyde to add an extraordinary element to your special day. When you are ready to walk down the aisle, drive from the White Antelope to the Tack Room next door. Wait comfortably in a refined rustic room with a window into the barn. Have that moment, gather your thoughts, breathe, then climb aboard the romantic white carriage. After the “I do’s” be escorted away as husband and wife, back to the Tack Room for a private champagne toast, then drive back to your reception and the celebration of your love. This is the only service not included in the rental fee.
